Return and refund of one or more products
You can request the return of your order as long as it is a wrong delivery or defective product from the date of receipt of the product up to 14 days later, following the procedure below:
- Take a photograph of the complete shipment and/or affected product within 24 hours of receipt.
- Access the order through the Shop, in the Menu: Online Shop > My account > My orders > View .
- Write down the number of the corresponding order for which you are requesting reimbursement and send us an email at pedidos@vensy.es indicating the order number and photograph of the product.
Within 48 hours you will receive a reply in which you may be asked for further information, if necessary, or you will only be informed of the resolution of the request and its terms (the deadline may be longer if the end of this period coincides with non-working days).
If the resolution of the refund request leads to the refund of the amount, this will be carried out by the Online Shop as soon as possible and through the same payment method you used for your order.
