Welcome to the Skandia Ahumados online shop where you can easily and securely buy our extensive range of smoked fish. 

Purchases made on this website will be delivered anywhere in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

Purchasing process

Prices

All prices are in Euros.

The prices of the products on sale in our e-commerce shop include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Purchases made by VAT taxpayers (companies, entities, organisations, etc.) resident in the European Union and holding an intra-Community VAT number will be exempt from paying VAT, as long as they send the aforementioned document to pedidos@vensy.es. 

The prices shown may be revised and modified due to typographical error or misprint, if conditions so require, at any time.

The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore the sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the address of Vensy España S.A. at C/ Ernest Hemingway, 30, 29004 Málaga, Spain.

Purchasing process

To make purchases in our shop, you must register your personal data and choose a password. This will prevent you from having to fill them in again in the future. When you register on our server or place an order, your personal, address and payment details are added to our database and are only used to process your order and to send you information about offers and services that may be of interest to you. At any time you can modify your customer registration details (change of address, telephone number, etc.) or ask us to remind you of your password if you have forgotten it.

Below we detail the purchase process, which is divided into 4 steps:

  • Summary: Once you have chosen your products, go to your "Shopping cart" which you will find in the top right-hand corner of the website. Select "View cart" and you will see a page with a summary of the order: products (description, reference), quantities, amount per product, shipping costs if any, total amount of your order.
    In this section you can use coupons or discount codes if you have them. Once you have checked and confirmed everything, you must click on "Finalise purchase" to continue with the purchase process.
  • Contact information: In the next step you must identify yourself in order to continue with the purchase. To do this, we will ask for information such as (name, surname and email). If you have an account, you must enter your email address and password for these data to be loaded. 
  • Address: in this section you must select the delivery address, which can be different from the one you entered when registering your account. If it is a gift, if you want to send it to a second home or even if you want to send it to your office, you will have the possibility to add a new delivery address here.
    Likewise, the billing address may be different from the delivery address. To do this, you must uncheck the box "Use the same address for billing", and you will have the option of entering different addresses, the shipping address and the billing address.
    In this section you can leave any comments regarding the order, any clarification about the address, any preference regarding delivery or any other that you consider important.
  • Order summary: in this section you will see a new summary of our products, and the shipping costs.
  • Payment: We will pay for the order by credit card or Paypal, both equally secure methods. Finally we must read and accept the general conditions of sale to proceed with our purchase. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirming your order.

Payment and shipping

Secure payment

You will be able to pay for your purchases with credit and debit cards VISA y MASTERCARDand also through PayPal. You can choose the method that is most convenient for you, both are equally safe.

  • Payment gateway (POS) Redsyshas a Secure Authentication System (SAS) and 3D Secure standards which guarantee that your data cannot be intercepted by third parties at any time. Therefore, confidentiality is assured in all communications established during the transaction.
  • Paypal is an Internet payment system that allows payments via debit card, credit card and bank account. It allows people with an email address to send and receive payments on the Internet in a secure, convenient and cost-effective way. Bank details or financial information will be safe thanks to an automatic encryption system, so that at no time can this information be intercepted by third parties.

Shipping

The delivery time is 24 hours for orders received before 13:00 h from Monday to Thursday (not Friday). The delivery time will depend on the delivery point, counting from the day the order is placed (if it is a working day in Spain); or counting from the first working day after the order date, if the order was placed on a public holiday, Friday or Saturday.

The product will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

Orders must be placed before 13:00 hours so that they can be prepared and shipped the same day. If the order is placed after this time, it will be shipped the following day.

Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.
