INGREDIENTS

  • Smoked Salmon Scandinavian Cut Skandia
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Multigrain toast
  • Basil

PREPARATION

Mash two ripe avocados and add lemon juice, salt and leave to macerate for a few minutes. Spread a generous spoonful of this paste on a piece of multigrain toast and spread it out. Place a slice of Scandinavian cut smoked salmon on top, the ideal for this type of starter. Garnish with a basil leaf and enjoy a gourmet appetizer.
