INGREDIENTS

  • Dill Marinated Salmon
  • Wild asparagus
  • Eggs
  • EVOO

PREPARATION

Fry a bunch of wild asparagus. While they are browning, place an egg in a piece of cling film and tie it in a knot. Bring a little water to the boil, pour the egg into the bag and boil for 3 minutes. Remove the egg from its wrapper and place it on top of the asparagus. Add a large slice of marinated salmon and enjoy this healthy and delicious dish.
