  • Smoked Cod in EVOO
  • Orange
  • Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Dill
  • Pepper
  • Salt

PREPARATION

Place the cod flakes and julienned onion on the lettuce hearts and add the orange zest on top. Dress to taste with olive oil, pepper and salt and add a touch of fresh dill.
