New varieties of the Japanese Gourmet Range
Skandia expands its Japanese Gourmet Range with two new formats of smoked salmon, highlighting its Hira Zukuri cut for sashimi, which combines precision and incomparable flavour.
We present the Special Salmon cubes for Pokes, selected in our production plant in Malaga, of Norwegian origin; made from raw material that is always fresh and salted by hand with dry salt. At Skandia, we prepare these salmon cubes without smoking, slightly cured and with the precise cut in cubes, ideal for preparing original pokes bowls. Presented in a practical 140g (2*70g) bi-pack format, its combination of healthy and tasty ingredients makes it an exotic, colourful and attractive dish, as well as easy to prepare and aimed at all types of consumers.
