INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon cubes
  • Purple onion
  • Cucumber
  • Grated carrot
  • Avocado
  • Rice
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Edamame
  • Soy sauce
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • lemon

PREPARATION

First, cook some rice in a pot with water and salt for approximately 10 minutes. While the rice is cooking, marinate the salmon cubes in a bowl with soy sauce, a little Teriyaki sauce and a few drops of lemon juice. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Take a small pot of water and cook the edamame in a high heat for 2 minutes. Take them out and dip them in cold water, then peel them.

Cut up an avocado, half a cucumber and half a red onion.

First serve the rice on a plate, place the diced sea salmon on top of the rice. Next to the cubes, place the avocado, red onion, cucumber, grated carrot and edamame.

Add a dash of soy sauce and decorate with a few sesame seeds.
