INGREDIENTS

  • Mini pancakes
  • Norwegian smoked salmon
  • Lemon juice
  • Crème fraîche sauce
  • Chives
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

PREPARATION

To prepare the crème fraîche sauce, put 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche, lemon juice, a little pepper and salt in a bowl. Chop some chives and add them to the sauce. 

We take some mini pancakes and place them on a plate, pour some crème fraîche sauce, put some slices of Norwegian smoked salmon and finish with a few touches of herbs (to each person's taste).
