Smoked Norwegian salmon mini pancakes with crème fraîche sauce
A dish for any time of the day without cooking
PREPARATION
To prepare the crème fraîche sauce, put 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche, lemon juice, a little pepper and salt in a bowl. Chop some chives and add them to the sauce.
We take some mini pancakes and place them on a plate, pour some crème fraîche sauce, put some slices of Norwegian smoked salmon and finish with a few touches of herbs (to each person's taste).
