MSC smoked cod crispbread toast with homemade guacamole
A healthy and easy homemade snack for any time of the day.
PREPARATION
To prepare the homemade guacamole, cut two avocados and place them in a large bowl. With the help of a fork we mash the avocado until we get the desired texture like a cream. Then dice the tomato and onion and add them to the bowl along with the avocado. Then chop some coriander and add it to the mixture. Squeeze half a lime and add it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir everything well with a fork until everything is well incorporated.
Once the guacamole is ready, take a slice of bread (to taste) and add a few slices of smoked cod. Decorate with some green shoots and edible flowers and it is ready.
