INGREDIENTS

  • 1 blister pack of smoked cod Skandia
  • 20 g tomato jam
  • 2 slices of rustic bread (14 x 7 cm approx.)
  • 2 pickled gherkins
  • 12 pickled capers
  • 1 medium radish
  • 12 slices of black olives
  • vegetable sprouts
  • mustard and dill sauce

ASSEMBLY

Toast the slices of bread in the oven or toaster according to your preference. Place the jam on the bread and arrange the smoked cod so that it acquires shape and volume. Place a few slices of gherkin and radish on the toast, taking advantage of the holes formed by the cod slices. Distribute some capers in the same way and place the sprouts on top. Dress with the Skandia mustard and dill sauce.
