INGREDIENTS
Scandinavian- Style Smoked Salmon, avocado, lemon, salt, multi grain toast and basil.
PREPARATION
Mash two ripe avocados and add lemon juice, salt and let it macerate for a few minutes. Spread a generous spoonful of this paste on a piece of multigrain toast, and spread it. Place a slice of Scandinavian-cut smoked salmon on top, the ideal for this type of starter. Garnish with a sprig of basil and enjoy a gourmet appetizer.
