Smoked Cod Carpaccio Malagueño style
INGREDIENTS
- Smoked cod carpaccio MSC (with parmesan and EVOO vinaigrette included)
- Orange
- Green olives
- Black Caviar substitute Skandia
- Chives
PREPARATION
First, prepare the MSC smoked cod carpaccio on a plate. Then peel an orange and remove the segments to place them on top of the cod. Do the same process with the small pieces of the cooked potato. Next, add olives and a few tablespoons of Skandia black caviar substitute to our salad. Then add a final touch with a shower of Parmesan flakes and the extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette that you will find in the carpaccio case. Your fresh, delicious Malaga salad is ready to be served. Enjoy!
