You don’t have to leave home to prepare an exclusive smoked tuna carpaccio. We slowly smoke the tuna and cut it into thin slices so that you can enjoy a unique dish. You can accompany it with the Parmesan cheese and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil vinaigrette that you will find in the package to achieve an irresistible finish. You fancy?

RECIPE: SMC SMOKED TUNA CARPACCIO

INGREDIENTS
MSC smoked tuna carpaccio (with parmesan and EVOO vinaigrette included), onion, dried apricots, arugula, pistachios.

PREPARATION
We have the MSC smoked tuna slices on our plate.
We cut fresh onion into julienne strips, very thin. We chop the dried apricots and place them on our bed of smoked tuna, along with the onion and some arugula leaves to taste. We decorate with some pistachios that will give our carpaccio a charming touch. And finally we add the Parmesan cheese together with the extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette.
