Diced Salmon Fillet in Avocado Shot
INGREDIENTS
- Smoked Norwegian Salmon Sirloin Skandia
- Mild Olive Oil
- Egg
- Lime
- Avocado
- Dill
- Salt
PREPARATION
First, prepare mayonnaise with eggs, olive oil and salt. Then add two ripe avocados and the juice of half a lime to the sauce, and whip everything again until it blends into a cream. Next, fill the base of a shot glass with the avocado mayonnaise and place the Skandia sirloin on a board and cut it into dice to your liking. Finally, add them on top and finish with a touch of dill to decorate.
